Competency profiling & systems implementation

The effectiveness of an organisation depends on the performance of individuals working in teams towards common objectives. To make this happen, organisations must:

  •  Get the right people in the right jobs
  •  Focus them on the right objectives
  •  Secure their performance at a high level

This is the purpose of a competency approach which seeks to ensure that all staff perform all parts of their job to a pre-defined standard, set at a high yet realistic level by focusing on those factors which differentiate ‘the best from the rest’.
